QUICKLY OPEN VALVE
快開閥廣泛用于物料氣力輸送及風管除塵系統管道上。主要是為觀察工況及維護方便而設置的裝置，它具有結構簡單，操作方便、快捷、密封性好的特點。
The valve is widely used in the pipe of material pneumatic transportation wind-pipe dust-moving system. it is the ideal device to maintain the valve and observe the working condition, having the features of simple structure, convenient and quick operation and good sealing performance etc.

安裝及使用注意事項：
Installation and using notice:
1．將快開閥焊接在管道上，焊縫應均勻光滑，不允許存有焊接缺陷。
2．開啟門鉸軸螺栓應控制好，可依據開啟要求控制松緊度。
3．密封圈為橡膠件，應避免高溫狀況下使用。
4．應定期檢查密封件狀況，發現損壞應及時更換。
5．未列規格或具其它特殊要求的快開閥、檢查門、檢修人孔等，請與公司銷售部或技術部聯系，我公司為您另行設計制造。
1．The valve should be welded on the pipe. The welding line must be smooth and the welding objection can not exit.
2．The bolt of the valve should be controlled and the degree of tightness can be adjusted according to the opening requirement.
3．The sealing ring is rubber, which can not be used in high temperature condition.
4．Check the sealing part regularly and exchange the sealing part when it is damaged.
5．If the specification and the special requirement of quickly open valve, check door and maintenance hole etc are not listed in the table, you can contact with the market or technology department, our company can design and manufacture for especially.
