旋轉高溫三通閥適用于建材、礦山、電力、玻璃、輕工等行業(yè)的鍋爐、窯爐、高爐余熱的二次利用及煙氣、廢氣治理的各種熱風管道，是節(jié)能和切換高溫氣體的理想設備。

The valve is widely used in building material, mining, power, glass, light industries etc. It is applied in hot windpipe system of smoke, waste gas management and in boiler, stove, and blast furnace of recycles heat. It is the ideal equipment to save energy and switch high temperature gas.  

 

結構特點：

旋轉高溫三通閥采用超強度熱強鋼、不銹鋼和優(yōu)質碳素鋼焊接。耐溫700℃，為雙層結構，夾層襯有阻燃、耐溫保熱材料，內有耐熱鋼作耐熱層，耐溫1000℃，內襯耐火材料和隔熱層。該閥磨擦小、耐磨性高，且高溫不變形、不脫碳。

The valve is welded in high strength heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and fine carbon steel. The structure is dual-layer, which can endure 700℃. The material lined in interlayer has the features of anti-burning, endurable temperature and saving energy. The ovenproof layer is refractory steel that can endure 1000℃. The lining is fire lining and heat insulation layer. The valve is little in attrition, endurable and distortion and decarbonization wouldn’t happen in the condition of high temperature.

工作原理：

Working principle:

旋轉高溫三通閥由閥體、旋轉翻板、密封副、軸和傳動裝置等部件構成。由傳動裝置帶動軸和搖臂使旋轉翻板根據工況需要轉換氣流方向，達到封閉通道的密封狀態(tài)。開啟通道則通暢無阻。反之，則轉換氣流方向。

XSTS 手動配用蝸輪傳動裝置。用鏈輪遠距離操作，經蝸輪副帶動軸作旋轉，達到介質換向的目的。

XSTQ 氣動裝置配用氣動裝置和蝸輪傳動裝置。手動由鏈輪傳動蝸輪副，帶動閥軸作旋轉，氣動由氣動推桿推動搖桿帶動閥軸作旋轉，達到介質換向的目的。手動、氣動可無干擾切換。

The valve is made up of body, turning disc, seal, axle and transmission device etc. In order to reach the seal state of seal channel, transmission device drives the axle and rocker to exchange the flow direction of gas referring to the working condition. Open the channel the medium will flow without resistance. Otherwise it will exchange the flow direction of gas.

XSTS is equipped with the worm wheel transmission device. It is operated by chain wheel from long range. Worm wheel drives the axle to make the chain wheel rotate in order to exchange direction of medium.

XSTQ is equipped with the pneumatic and worm wheel device. The chain wheel drives the worm wheel to rotate the valve axle, which is manual. Draw stem push the rocker to make the axle rotate in order to exchange direction of medium, which is pneumatic. Manual and pneumatic can be exchanged without disturbance.

使用說明

Operation instruction

l 連接方式：進氣口為法蘭式連接，兩個出氣口為對焊式連接。

l 安裝時請注意進氣方向（閥體上已標明）， 操作時請注意翻板換向的方向。

l 設備在運行時，應定期給傳動部分加潤滑油和檢查傳動部分運行情況。

l 若長期存放，應使翻板處于下通道關閉狀態(tài)，給傳動部分加潤滑油，不要露天堆置。

l The connection of inlet is flange connection. Two vent holes are dual-welded connection.

l Pay attention to the inlet direction, which is marked on body when install the valve and the exchange direction of turning disc when operate.

l Add lubricant to the transmission part and check its operation condition termly.

l The down-channel should be closed when the valve is long stored. Add lubricant to transmission part and the valve can’t be piled up in the open air. 

 

運輸及保管：

Transportation and protection

l 運輸時應避免撞擊閥門，閥門應處于全閉位置以防在運輸中損壞翻板。

l 運輸時傳動裝置應懸空，防止傳動軸受力過大而變形損壞。

l 傳動裝置及傳動部位應作防潮、防雨處理。

l 該閥應存放在干燥的室內，不允許露天存放或堆置。長期存放時應使閥門處于關閉狀態(tài)，各傳動部位加潤滑油，傳動裝置作防潮、防塵處理。

l Avoid bumping of the valve when transported. The valve should be in close position to prevent from damaging of turning disc.

l The transmission parts should be hung up to avoid the damage of transmission axle.

l Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

l 表格中未列規(guī)格、用于特殊介質或其它特殊要求，請與我公司經銷部、技術部聯(lián)系，可為您另行設計、制造。

l Please indicate the type, model, actuator code selected by user and technical parameter (using temperature, working condition of equipment and characteristic of medium etc) referring to the product sample when you place an order.

l Product legend in the sample and actuator code in the form is the basic collocation of our company. If you have especial demand (anti-explosion, outdoors, adjusting type and switch type etc) to another actuator, please refer to the explanation of corresponding actuator code in the sample appendix and indicate it below the basic model.

l If you don’t indicate actuator code selected by user when you place an order, we will select the basic collocation of our company for you. The basic type is a normal type without any special request and corresponding accessory.
